Sukanya is a dedicated educationist with extensive qualifications in psychology and special education. Holding a Master’s in Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Special Education, along with diplomas/certificates in remediation, behavior management, differentiation strategies, and metacognitive skill training, she brings both depth and versatility to the field of special education and learning support. Additionally, she is trained in counseling and the education of children with learning disabilities, ensuring a holistic approach to student care.

With two decades of experience, Sukanya has established Corezone, a unique learning centre providing specialized support for students with Learning Disabilities (LD) as well as those pursuing the NIOS curriculum. The centre focuses on personalized learning plans, remedial education, counseling, and teacher training, enabling students to overcome challenges and develop confidence in their abilities.

With compassionate support, innovative strategies, and structured guidance, the centre strives to equip students with the skills, confidence, and resilience to succeed both academically and personally. With over four decades of diverse professional experience, Pandharish Cheke is a visionary academic thought leader, accomplished school principal, and seasoned aviation engineer. Holding master’s degrees in both English Literature and Education, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering & Technology, he brings together a passion for language, technology, scholarship, and holistic human development.

Pandharish served the nation as an Aviation Engineer in the Indian Air Force, earning recognition for technical excellence, discipline, and leadership. This formative experience provided a foundation of integrity, teamwork, and problem-solving that continues to be evident in his approach to education and mentorship.

After a distinguished Air Force career, Pandharish transitioned into education, serving as a school principal and recognized academic thought leader. In this role, he has championed educational innovation, fostered collaborative cultures, and mentored both teachers and students to achieve their fullest potential.

Certified by the American TESOL Institute (ATI) as a Master Trainer in Behavioural Skill Training and Facilitation Skill Training, Pandharish specializes in empowering learners with essential life skills & soft skills for personal growth and professional success.
